ABOUT ILIANA DESIGNS

WELCOME… to Iliana Designs! My business started from a love of design, a passion for creativity, style and quality. The idea began after I designed our engagement invitation, then our wedding invitation & stationery and from there any events for friends and family. I realised how much I loved designing invitations and stationery and after our two children were ready for school realised it was now time to commence this dream. With 20 years’ experience in graphic design working for both small & large firms as a designer through to a manager I felt I had plenty of experience to venture out on my own.

ABOUT THE NAME… Family is a very important part of our lives, the name I chose is a collaboration of all the important, strong, beautiful women in my life that have influenced and supported me and helped me to grow. The name Iliana is a variant of my dear grandmother’s name it also relates to the meaning “bright” or “light”. Many thanks and love to my husband, my mum and dad, my parent’s in-law and all those that have encouraged me to pursue my dream and helped give me the confidence to do so. xxx

PERSONAL SERVICE… Unlike many large online companies I offer a personalised service, you won’t get lost in a sea of “on hold” recordings and lost paperwork.

WHY TRUST US… Like many I have fallen into the trap of making a purchase online from a company I had thought would be reputable, only to find they weren’t and I never received the goods I purchased. I was lucky enough to have retrieved my money – however it was after six months of chasing and stress and a new found un-willingness/nervousness about purchasing online. My hope for my site is that “you” the customer can know who you are dealing with and trust you will receive the product/s you paid for.

AFFORDABLE… Times are tough at the moment; Iliana Designs was built with an aim to provide affordable products and services. I know what it’s like to plan an engagement, wedding, baby shower, naming day and so on and try to stick to a budget. My aim is to help make your dream achievable, if you find a cheaper price elsewhere, let me know and I will do my best to either match or beat the price for you.
