How long will my order take to arrive? Delivery times are based on and depend on your location. Generally, standard postage will take between 2-8 business days after your payment has been processed and cleared successfully.
Are there any exceptions to the shipping rates? Yes, there are rare occasions that shipping costs may exceed the listed rates. In the event this occurs, you will be contacted upon processing of your order and advised of any additional costs.
Express Post recommendations. Generally, standard postage will take between 1-5 business days after your payment has been processed and cleared successfully. During the summer months we recommend using Express post for Candles. These items shipped via standard post cannot be guaranteed.
Returns or exchanges? We undertake to reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us through our designated “contact us” webpage within 3 days of receipt of goods.
If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.
